We are a boutique firm that is headquartered steps from the White House, in the heart of Washington, D.C. Our neighbors include the federal government, thousands of associations, and the public affairs offices of every major corporation in America. Our unique skills and location, combined with meticulous attention to detail and an indefatigable team make us the natural choice for groups seeking management, media, meetings, and marketing.

Andrea Ball, President: Andrea Ball is president and founder of Planit World. Her multi-faceted experience includes almost 20 years of experience in association management, event planning, publicity, communications, and marketing. She founded PlanIt World in 2007 and serves a diverse clientele that includes trade associations, non-profits, and companies from various industries. Andrea continues to manage client meetings and communications with Agri/Washington Public Affairs Group, where she was previously employed as the Account Director for 11 years prior to opening her own firm. Her past positions include Executive Director at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she implemented two award-winning destination marketing campaigns and conceptualized and implemented Pickin’ In the Panhandle: The WV State BBQ & Bluegrass Festival, and working in communications positions with the Composite Can and Tube Institute and the National FFA. A native of Rock, Kansas, population 89, Andrea now calls the DC suburbs home. Her passions include her two and four-legged family, traveling, politics, and college football, especially at her alma mater, Kansas State University.

Jacquie Ball, Director of Administration: Jacquie is the Director of Administration at PlanIt World. Her duties include client relations and daily operations oversight. She attended Blue Ridge College, where she studied Business Administration and Graphic Design. Jacquie is also an artist and has been featured by Early American Life Directory of Traditional American Craft, volunteers with a stray cat rescue, and in case you were curious, she is also “lucky” enough to call Andrea her sister and business colleague.

Sarah Massey, Administrative Assistant: Sarah is a native of Manassas, VA, and her professional responsibilities include event planning assistance, client outreach, special projects, and management of the D.C. office. Sarah attended Longwood University where she earned a B.A. in Business Administration. She worked previously in the legal industry at Birch, Stewart, Kolash & Birch and was also with Bozzuto Management Company. Sarah is an active volunteer with Renaissance Montessori School and juggles a busy family life that includes her husband, and two children.

Robin Marlin, Coordinator and Bookkeeper: Robin is the Client Coordinator and Bookkeeper at PLANiT WORLD and focuses on financial management and daily account servicing. A native of Georgia, Robin attended Blue Ridge College and Kaplan University, where she studied Accounting.  Robin spends much of her time, volunteering her time doing tax preparation for the elderly, and her leisure time is spent with her horses and furry friends.
