We are headquartered in Washington, DC on prestigious K Street, which makes your association address one of the most recognized in the country. With our principal staff located in Washington, D.C.; Kansas City; and London, England, you are free to select the headquarter location best suited to your members. No matter what location you choose, you will still receive the same outstanding level of service and support.
Membership Services: We understand that an association's success is measured by a strong membership base and specialize in providing exceptional membership services. From processing applications to maintaining an accurate and current membership roster, your group will find informed, timely and friendly service is our highest priority. Communications/Public Relations - PlanIt World can write and design newsletters, magazines, websites and press releases to keep members informed and engaged in their association. We can also manage your social media needs on Twitter, Facebook, and Linked-In. Most importantly, we stay current on the latest communications vehicles, so we have your message in the right place at the right time! We work with a dedicated public relations agency when necessary to ensure your message is heard, and more importantly, remembered.
Meeting/Event Coordination: We specialize in promoting extraordinary meetings and impressive events that your members will remember. We can plan programs, coordinate member volunteers, provide hotel selection and liaison services, and provide complete onsite management for your association event.
Financial Management: Financial services include banking, invoicing, accounts receivable and investment services. Additionally, we work with an independent accountant to offer audit services and investment suggestions. We tailor your financial program to follow the accounting procedures deemed necessary by your bylaws and board of directors.
Fundraising/Development: Discovering and maintaining funding sources are important issues for associations.
